Who it's for
Every small care home, whatever your state calls it.
Adult family home, RCFE, adult foster home, personal care home, board and care: it's the same hard work. BedOpen is all-in-one care home software, with an AI office team that does the work.

See what every empty bed costs you each day, plan move-outs early, get ready-to-post ads and your own page with open rooms and photos.
A schedule caregivers use
Shifts, swaps, time off and call-outs on their own phones. When someone calls out, everyone who can cover gets an alert.
Time clock and payroll hours
Clock in on a phone or a house tablet. Overtime is worked out for you, and payroll is one download.
Team and hiring
Applicants, a new hire packet filled out on a phone, training hours, and every license and CPR card with reminders.
The office, handled
Forms signed on a phone, documents in one place, rent and family statements, bills, and profit per house.
An AI office team
Haven and her team check your homes every hour and draft the work. You say OK, and every change has Undo.
Questions owners ask
- Does BedOpen keep residents' health records?
- No. Today BedOpen runs the business around the care: beds, the schedule, staff, paperwork and money. Care records (med pass, charts) are launching soon, only on HIPAA-ready hosting.
- What does it cost to start?
- Scheduling is free: any number of homes and staff, no card. Growth adds everything else and is priced per home and per bed, with a 14-day trial.
- Do I need to be good with computers?
- No. It's built to work on a phone at 2 a.m. You can also just type what you need, and the AI team does it or shows you how.
- Can I bring my schedule and staff list over?
- Yes. Import from When I Work, another app or a spreadsheet, even a schedule grid. Importing twice never makes doubles.
